Limited Warranty

All Shark Racing & Design products are warranted against failures due to defective materials or faulty workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement only to the original purchaser. All warranty claims must be made to Shark Racing & Design directly. Distributors are not responsible for the immediate replacement of parts. Shipping charges to Shark Racing & Design must be prepaid by owner; return shipping charges will be paid by Shark Racing & Design. Shark Racing & Design will not honor its warranty if product has been modified. Shark Racing & Design is not liable for any expenses, damages, or injuries arising from the use, misuse, or improper use of any product manufactured or sold by Shark Racing & Design. Shark Racing & Design reserves the right to determine the legitimacy of any claim. You must deal directly with Shark Racing & Design. The dealer or distributor is not authorized to give replacement parts nor make any warranty related decisions. Some dealers may help you by shipping the parts to us on your behalf. Shark Racing & Design is not responsible for lost or damage parts while in transit to and from our facilities.
